mechanical and electrical problems in machinery and plant
equipment, detecting leaks in pressurized and vacuum systems

1.8.Wireless Smart Sensors: These sensors are designed
for permanent installation on hazardous or difficult to
reach locations. The sensors will detect the change in
condition of the monitored equipment, diagnose the fault,
and send information out to warn the operator against
developing problems long before they cause damage to the
machines they are monitoring.

on-line monitoring systems for condition analysis of
critical rotating machinery. The range includes vibration

Advanced Repair Technology Division:
We
provide state-of-the art machine component repair services
at our workshop and at our clients plant sites. The
applications of this technology include salvage and repair
of worn machine components using electrochemical deposition
of selected metals and alloys under microprocessor control
with unmatched quality and economy. The thickness of the
added deposit can vary from a small fraction of a micron to
several millimeters. Contrary to other metal rebuilding
techniques such as welding, metal spray (including plasma),
and Chrome plating, our technology does not produce any
thermal or residual stresses in the component being
repaired; and does not affect the metallurgical structure of
the base metal. Adhesion of our deposits to the base metal
is excellent (comparable to welding), and does not separate
from the base metal.
Thousands of components & parts can be restored at a small
fraction of the price of new original components. Numerous
Industrial, Governmental, Military, Aviation, Aerospace, and
independent standard testing organizations and associations
approve the process we are using. Repairs are guaranteed to
equal or exceed the original component, and we provide one
year limited guarantee on all repairs. In fact, we repaired
many components that are now working for several years to
