AMS Global Performance Advisor 
 
The AMS Global Performance Advisor is a plant resident server-based system that reads parameters from the existing control system and provides instantaneous readings of Performance / heat rate efficiency of critical production assets such as Turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, pumps, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Heat Recovery Steam Generators HRSGs, etc. with cost calculations to facilitate to the user immediate knowledge of efficiency and operating cost, as well as very important information to make timely and optimized production and maintenance planning decisions.
 
AMS Global Performance Advisor reduces operating costs by tracking equipment deviation costs over time. Plant personnel can take corrective action to defray these controllable losses. Users are provided with critical performance data to increase overall plant efficiency.
 
AMS Performance Monitor
 
Emerson’s AMS  Performance Monitor provides the source of information required to improve maintenance planning and compete more effectively by allowing customers across different industries to run their process more efficiently, schedule maintenance activities, and determine the root cause of production inefficiencies.  AMS performance Monitor is a remotely hosted application backed by expertise of hundreds of man-yeas of experience in thermodynamics and chemical engineering. The user does not invest in hardware or software, and does not have to maintain his system because he received the results of the monitoring ready in the form of report.
 
AMS Machinery Manager
 
Mechanical equipment will eventually break down. It is simply a matter of time.
