Founded in October 1989 by K. A. Arsanios, NATCOM was born from a dream to "Change The Way Egypt Performs Maintenance" in industrial operations through early fault detection and proactive maintenance strategies.
As a mechanical engineer passionate about vibration analysis, we started by training engineers on simple techniques to measure vibration on rotating equipment, enabling early detection of developing faults to better manage asset health.
Beyond vibration monitoring, we expanded our expertise to include Oil Analysis, Infrared Thermal Imaging, Dynamic Balancing, Laser Alignment, Motor Current Signature Analysis, and Ultrasound—forming a complete RBM (Reliability Based Maintenance) toolkit.
Thousands of engineers have been trained and certified through our programs, many now holding leading industry positions across Egypt, the Gulf, Africa, Europe, and the USA.
