IRIS M

The IRIS M uses proprietary Motion Amplification® software to detect subtle movement and convert it to a level visible with the naked eye. By turning every pixel in the camera into a displacement sensor, it takes millions of measurements in a fraction of a second with no physical contact with your machinery. Features live Motion Amplification®, calibrated displacement measurements, frequency-based filtering, and advanced troubleshooting capabilities. Specifications include 180 fps in HD (up to 1,300 fps at reduced resolution), 1-500x amplification factor, and displacement detection down to 0.01 mils.

The IRIS CM is the latest innovation in video-based asset condition monitoring. It continuously monitors your equipment while you are away, connecting traditional vibration inputs with patented video-based vibration measurements. Multiple cameras can be networked to capture simultaneous data and offer multiple views. Featuring a powerful 6 TB acquisition device, it stores HD data along with external sensor data from accelerometers, tachometers, and 4-20 mA inputs. Users can trigger recordings based on external inputs, virtual camera-based regions of interest, and movement thresholds.
